Our gowns are carefully selected, handled and prepared to the highest standard, and we understand that accidents can occasionally happen while you’re enjoying your event. Accidental Damage Protection is designed to give you added reassurance should your gown experience accidental damage during your hire.

If accidental damage is deemed irreparable, the protection provides up to $3,000 towards the replacement cost of the item. Where the replacement cost exceeds $3,000, you may be required to pay the remaining difference.

Please note that Accidental Damage Protection does not replace the expectation that your gown is treated with care and responsibility throughout your hire.

Accidental Damage Protection does not cover:

• Lost or stolen items
• Extensive damage or staining
• Damage that is determined to have been caused deliberately
• Damage resulting from reckless or negligent behaviour
• Any circumstances otherwise excluded under our hire terms
