Do you offer longer terms of hire?
The standard hire period is 4 or 8 days, but if you are needing a longer hire period, please get in touch with us.
Do you offer try-ons?
We offer personalised one-on-one try-ons in our Gold Coast boutique. You can book here.
Do you offer alterations?
We can sometimes offer temporary alterations on particular dresses, although it depends on the dress. If you're a petite girl and need a dress hemmed, check out our temporary hemming range. If you're unsure, please contact us.
For school formals, do you take a registry?
We don't keep a registry of schools. Most year groups have their own Facebook or Instagram page where the girls post their dresses and any school rules, so that's the best place to check. As a hire boutique we wouldn't be able to monitor a registry anyway, as the same styles can usually be purchased directly from the designers too.
How far in advance should I book my dress?
We can take bookings up to 10 months in advance and recommend coming in sooner rather than later. The more in advance you book your dress, the bigger the range you will have to choose from. First in, best dressed... LITERALLY!

Payments
What is accidental damage protection?
An optional add-on ($15–$20 depending on the dress) for peace of mind. It covers repairs up to $200 — things like broken zips, split seams, small tears and stain removal. We care about every hire, so please report any issue to us right away.
How does the deposit work?
Deposits are an in-store offer only. Dresses range from a $100–$200 deposit depending on the dress, and this secures your dress for your date. Full payment is due upon collection, or 10 days before the delivery date for postal hires.
What payment options do you offer?
We offer all major payment methods, including Amex and Afterpay.
Delivery
Do you offer a postal service?
Yes! We can post hires Australia-wide. Due to being a hire business, we are unable to ship internationally.
How long does delivery take?
Shipping time is factored into your hire, so your dress is scheduled to arrive on the start date of your hire. You will receive tracking information once posted.
