How do I join?
Create a free account. That's it! Already hired with us before? Sign in with the same email you booked with and your points will track from your next hire.
How do I use my points?
Log in, open the rewards panel on our site, and swap your points for a discount to use at checkout. There are no codes to remember. The system does it for you.
I was a member on the old levels system — what happens now?
The old LV1–LV4 codes have retired and points have taken their place. You don't have to type anything at checkout anymore. Sign in with your usual email and you're all set.
Do my points expire?
Never. Your points stay yours until you spend them.
